From December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025, the University of Delhi Computer Centre (DUCC) at North Campus hosted the “Architecting on AWS” training program. This transformative three-day initiative brought together CPS Lab members and DUCC team members as participants, fostering a collaborative and enriching learning environment.
The training provided an in-depth exploration of AWS services and architectural best practices, equipping attendees with the skills to design secure, scalable, and efficient cloud solutions. Participants engaged in hands-on activities and real-world scenarios to implement cloud architectures using AWS tools like EC2, S3, VPC, and RDS. The sessions focused on practical knowledge, ensuring that trainees could seamlessly apply their learnings to diverse use cases.
The synergy between CPS Lab members and DUCC participants enhanced the experience, enabling knowledge exchange and collective problem-solving. Guided by expert AWS-certified instructors, the trainees gained a comprehensive understanding of cloud architecture principles and how to implement them effectively.
The program concluded on a high note, with all participants successfully completing the training and earning certificates that validated their proficiency in AWS architecture. This shared accomplishment highlighted the dedication and collaborative spirit of both CPS Lab and DUCC teams.
The training at DUCC not only marked a milestone for individual participants but also strengthened the collective capabilities of CPS Lab and DUCC in cloud computing. This program serves as a foundation for future innovations, as both teams look forward to applying these insights to their ongoing projects and research initiatives.
